Job Description:
Financial Advisor:
- Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading accounts through networking, data base and references.
- End to end customer relationship management.
- Meet Non-Trading Customers and activate them.
- Sell online accounts to customers and encourage them to trade online.
- Have a customer centric approach and ensure that they are serviced well.
- Ensure that customer trades actively after opening the trading account.
- Responsible for selling Mutual fund Products and cross sell other third party products.
- Prospecting of customers through New client acquisition, network, data base, References and open market.
- Ability to inspire trust and confidence in clients.
- To engage clients in meaningful conversations about their finances and take active interest in their financial investments.
- Ability to process several inputs provided by research team and other sources and apply them to the specific context.
Channel Sales (Distribution - Mutual Funds)
- Responsible for selling third party product like Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposit, Bonds, Debentures & IPOs.
- Prospecting of customers through Sub-brokers.
- To engage clients in meaningful conversations about their finances and take active interest in their financial investments.
- Ability to process several inputs provided by research team and other sources and apply them to the specific context .
- Ability to inspire trust and confidence in clients.
Digital Evangelist:
- Responsible for selling third party products like (Mutual Funds, Bonds, Debentures, Life Insurance & Fixed Deposits).
- Should be adept at using mobile ( Android/ iOS) and computers for transactions.
- Should understand and appreciate client concerns and redress them.
- Should possess communication skills in the local language based on territory of work as also English.
- Should be extrovert in nature and willing to travel to meet clients at their convenience.
- Should be open to carry targets on Activations .
- Should be willing to position SIPs to clients.
