- Its a lead conversion job not lead generation.
- Helps in counselling prospect candidates for different programs and ensure conversation of leads into targeted enrollments.
- Handle telephonic queries and documenting the same in an inquiry register.
- Advice students on exploring professional programs that can help them shape their career
- Pitch to students our courses after analyzing their interests & abilities.
- Handling queries over telephone, email or chat.
- Should be prompt in replying to students queries.
- Responsible for collection of fees on a timely basis and ensure zero outstanding.
- Maintain installment registers on real time basis.
