Job Description:

Analyse and review Market Data requirements from Business, develop recommendations from a sourcing perspective.
Ensure implementation of the sourcing process, minimizing time to market for new data requests, and ensure contract and licensing obligations meet the business needs.
Implement fast-track mechanism of low-risk engagements.
Define best practices for the creation of vendor portfolio, including contracts, contacts, spend, renewals, inventory, etc.
Support the implementation of internal processes and policies with adequate controls around contract and vendor management to mitigate risks around vendor life-cycle
