Job Description:

1. Underwriting of CF (Construction Finance) cases across all locations of India. Preparing

2.Credit Appraisal Note (Non Convertible Debentures, Optionally Convertible Debentures and Term Loans)

3.Handling monitoring process for construction finance portfolio NOC Issuance, Fund Transfers, Developer monthly MIS, escrow account audit, cover calculations, etc

4.Preparing Asset Quality Review report on an annual basis and quarterly review of all projects (PAN India)

5.Handling disbursement, subsequent disbursements for all projects PAN India

6.Handling PDD (Post Disbursement Documents) and Escrow account follow-up with PAN India branches

7.Regular Coordination with client for review and screening of projects
