Job Description:

Position: Telesales Executive/Telecallers /Customer care
Location: Mumbai (Eastern line)
Responsibilities:
Pitching to clients other financial products such as Mutual fund, Insurance PMS, Equity etc.
Providing the client with an exact and proper solution.
Handling outbound /Inbound calls
Activation process for DMAT/Trading account
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Handling Queries & complains of client's & solving it within TAT.
Excellent communication skills, Target Oriented.
Sound knowledge about Capital Markets & Financial Products
