• Completeness of accounting on monthly basis. 
• Preparation of MIS (Monthly Activity) .
• Profitability Statement :- Actuals with Provisions if any .
• Supporting the audit requirements. 
• Stock Register for leasing and financial. 
• Preparation of Field Report. 
• Finance and Accounts Register for Leases. 
• Analysing Account Information. 
• Checking of System Generated Reports to ensure correctness
• Manual accounting viz a viz Checking of System generated accounting towards Prepaid / Accrual of Expenses and Income Accounting respectively .
