Job Description:

• Validate asset under construction bookings and capitalize assets in books to maintain asset register and keep records for capitalization.
• Conducting periodical physical verification and yearly sign-off with asset owners for internal control and audit aspects for all locations factory/branch/ tech center and other offices assets.
• Monitor and ensure all capitalized assets tagging for all locations factory/branch/ tech center and other offices assets.
• Prepare and calculate IN12 depreciation and post Monthly depreciation run in SAP for FA closing. 
• Prepare Schedule 3 requirements for Fixed assets Notes to accounts.
• Processing asset retirement and scrapping and asset transfer in FAR.
• Involve Impairment and Write-up transaction in assets .
• Monitor Capital advances and advance reversals in books.
• Monthly Analyze non-stock and other Investment GL accounts.
• Monthly analyze Investment report vs Asset register.
• Support company internal and external audits that involve fixed assets.
